STEP 2 — Understand The Product

The basic Freak Sites product is called a Parking Spot.

A standard Parking Spot currently costs $7.

It is a full-page advertising and publishing page that can be built around something real.

Depending on the Island, that might be:

  • a car;
  • a business;
  • a vacation rental;
  • a race;
  • a service;
  • a product;
  • a property;
  • a trip;
  • a story;
  • an experience;
  • or something else that legitimately belongs on that Island.

A Parking Spot can include photographs, writing, video embeds, links, contact information and a public view counter.

Think of it as a classified ad on steroids.

Except you do not have to be selling something.

You can showcase something.

Document it.

Explain it.

Promote it.

Or simply give it somewhere to live online.

STEP 3 — Join The Affiliate Program

If you want to earn when you introduce people to Freak Sites, join the Affiliate Program on the Island you want to promote.

Joining is free.

There is:

  • no required product purchase;
  • no monthly autoship;
  • no inventory;
  • no shipping;
  • no quota just to remain an affiliate.

Your affiliate account gives you a properly tracked path you can use when introducing people to qualifying products.

You are not paid because somebody joins.

STEP 5 — Share The Page

You can share:

  • your Garage or Channel;
  • another useful Parking Spot;
  • the Island itself;
  • your properly tracked affiliate path;

Rumble.

Email.

Text.

Whatever makes sense.

Then say something simple:

STEP 6 — Let The Tracking Do Its Job

If somebody makes a qualifying purchase through your properly tracked affiliate path, the system can attribute the applicable commission according to the current program rules.

If that happens once, you have $1.40.

You do not have a business.

STEP 7 — Build A Garage Or Channel

This is where I think the model starts getting interesting.

Several Parking Spots connected to your profile begin forming your own Garage or Channel.

Now you are not simply dropping an affiliate link all over the Internet.

You are building something.

A runner might create pages around races.

A car person might create pages around cars, products, businesses and automotive stories.

A traveler might build pages around trips, resorts, vacation rentals and destinations.

A housing professional might build around properties, services, housing ideas or businesses.

Each page becomes another URL you can share.

Another doorway into the Island.

Another opportunity for somebody to see the product.

That is a lot more interesting than one naked referral link.

STEP 8 — Repeat What Actually Works

Do not create 100 pages just because somebody told you volume matters.

Create one.

Share it.

See what happens.
